If for any reason, you are not happy with your Loon Outdoors product, you may return it within 90 days of the original purchase receipt for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit. If this is a defect in materials or workmanship, please see our WARRANTY page.
Return Instructions
To return, please following these steps.
1. Pack your products in a well-padded box
2. Include your original packing slip or note detailing your reason for return. An original order number will also speed up the return process.
3. Ship your items to the following address:
