The “D” stands for dubbing, and these tweezers are the best way to put a bunch of different materials into a single dubbing loop. Imagine a line running straight from your shirt buttons to your vise on your tying desk. Whether it is hair, feathers, dubbing, or synthetics, begin stacking materials using this imaginary line as a center point. Once the materials have been assembled, place your left hand firmly on the left side of this pile. Squeeze the tweezers with your right hand, then slide them along that imaginary line until by releasing the tweezers you close around the materials. You should now have a nice blend of materials pinched in your tweezers that can be transferred to your dubbing loop.
How do I use the D-Loop tweezers?
